Prior to joining Artisan Professional Group, Paul Carlisle worked as a project manager and construction inspector for local Civil Engineering firms. He was responsible for the oversight of major projects such Phillippi Landings Bridge, Tommy Town Rehabilitation, Collier Parkway Roadway, and Elligetti Hotel.
